We often have to decline treatment on the day due to clients not reading the precautions we provide beforehand when making a reservation.

In particular, we have many customers who do not shave beforehand, so we would like to provide further information.

Hair removal requires prior shaving by the customer.
For safety reasons, we cannot perform treatment if the hair has not been shaved.
*We can only assist with shaving the fine hairs on the nape of the neck and any remaining hairs on the back.

Please shave the hair the night before so that it is 0.5-2 mm long at the time of treatment.
If the hair is too long or you shave too close, the hair removal effect will be reduced.

We recommend using an electric shaver.
Treatment cannot be performed on areas with razor burn, folliculitis, cuts, scabs or abrasions.

To reduce pain and skin problems, please be sure to moisturize your skin daily.
*Please do not use oily moisturizers such as body cream on the day of treatment.
*Please do not use sunscreen, but take other measures to protect yourself from UV rays.

Our salon does not have staff who can speak foreign languages.
If you do not speak Japanese, we will use Google Translate.
As this will take longer than usual, please contact us in advance if possible.
